Our mission is to provide our customers with valuable products and services from Platrium and our approved partners based on the amount and kind of information you want to share with us. We believe individuals should participate in the ways their personal information is collected, used and shared.

We collect non-personally identifiable information (non-PII) and personally-identifying information (PII) from our customers and visitors to our Web site. We do not knowingly collect PII from anyone under the age of 13.

We provide access to games, screensavers, emoticons, and other fun and valuable products and services without requiring you to provide us with your personally identifiable information, or PII. When a customer downloads and installs Platrium, we collect non-PII, including a unique machine tag that does not enable us to identify, contact, or locate the individual customer.

We use Web usage information to improve the functionality of our Web site or improve visitor online experiences. We use “cookies” on our Web site in the following ways:

  • We do not use cookies to collect or store personal information

Those customers who choose to join the Platrium club may review, change or delete their PII at any time through our Website or our customer service support. We will make reasonable efforts to correct, change, or remove your personal information from our systems on a timely basis.
